Welcome to #TeamIChoose, I am Jaivon Coates (Pastor Jayy), your Youth Pastor. We are pleased to have a great member such as yourself to want to make a difference by joining #TIC. As we move forward, we are looking for ways to help you be an example to others to help get closer to God. We do that by choice, hints the name #TeamIChoose. We do this by showing love just as Jesus did for us. Living for God is a choice that we choose daily.
Together we will learn how to go for greater for yourself and those around you through the power of God within you and the influence he's given. Our Vision:
The vision of #TeamIChoose is to build a body of young believers who are solely committed to God and the call that he has placed upon their life. We want to challenge our youth to be metacognitive in their thinking while bettering their comprehension of God's word. As our understanding increases so will our identity through and in God's word, ultimately changing the way we think and govern our lives. We want to draw young people from all walks of life and help them become the powerful, influential, spirit filled, spirit lead, believers they are destined to be.
Our Purpose:
The purpose of #TeamIChoose is to encourage our youth and young adult members, between the ages of 13-22, to growth in Christ with likeminded believers. We want to help those who don't have a passion for God or an understanding of his word find that passion and understanding through a personal relationship with him. In this process they will learn who God is, how to develop a closer relationship with him, and how to discover your assignment and effectively walk in it. The focus of this division of our ministry is to build a hunger and a drive for God that will last a lifetime. We accomplish this by teaching practical Kingdom principles, socials, sporting events, virtual kickbacks, gaming, watch parties, and more.

Team Leaders are young people within the community who are committed to impacting their peers positively by faith in their personal walk with Christ.. #TIC Team Leaders are committed to giving every member the help they need no matter what it takes. Each one can reach one. We believe that you are the one put here to impact someone else. We were once lost and found our way out, now it's time to do the same for someone else.
